My experience with Wag! boarding was amazing! Christina kept me updated with Baloo's every outing. She even took her on hikes, car rides, and gave extra long snuggles. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter!

really tough finding wag people in my area- also after I cancelled two people showed up one I did not schedule. I was charged 2 x. I gave instructions (prior to canceling) that big dog just needed to be let out. He is 14 with arthritis.. The neighbor saw him being walked down the street and took him back to the house. Frustrating experience overall

The sitter struggled to come over at the agreed up times. They missed one of the visits completely or would come over later in the day leaving the dogs alone for up 15 hrs between visits. They had to be reminded repetitively to send updates and images. I found urine stains on my carpet when I arrived home. Im sure they are a very nice person but I would not recommend them for dog sitting.

Scheduled two walks over a week in advance .. wag cancelled both when no one showed up half hour after the scheduled time. Luckily someone picked up one of the cancelled walks (she was amazing) but no one was available for the second walk so wag just completely cancelled the walk after putting it up for hour and a half. I was out of town and my dog still needed to get out. Super disappointing that this site is so unreliable.

App was easy to use, we got a wonderful wag employee to come let our dogs out. He was very reassuring and treated our dogs/cats with care. Look forward to using the service in the future.

My walker was above and beyond. She did everything to gain access to my apartment and walk Sofia. Very good experience I would definitely use again

My dog was attacked by a dog being walked by a Wag! dogwalker. Wag! will not pay for the medical bills! Will not give me the name of the dog walker! Will not provide me with the insurance information! The dog walker had no training how to handle the dog attack. Train the people you hire!!! Pay the medical bills!

Christian and Brielle were awesome. They took care of Sam and Libby and made their experience easier for me to leave them.

We love Wag when we are out of town. Our family is able to stay with our dog but they aren't able to walk her. We have a 50 pound rescue and she loves her walks. All the Wag walkers are courteous and professional.

The service is expensive, but worth it in my opinion. They offer some nice features like the ability to "favorite" previous dog walkers. They also send photos, report card, push notifications, whether or not the pups went to the bathroom, any issues, etc. Really nice peace of mind on days when I cant get home to let the dogs out.

I have been using wag! For 5.5 years now and love it!!! It is a total lifesaver when I can’t get home. I love being able to schedule a walk or just get an ASAP walk. All of my walkers have been fabulous dog lovers. Highly recommend to all dog owners!

We used a excellent sitter Named Jessica. We were a bit nervous leaving her for a few days since we had never done this before. Right away Jessica made us feel at ease. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. On our trip she sent us pictures and updates on how our Zoie Girl was doing. This really meant a lot to us. Knowing she was fine, we were really able to just enjoy our vacation. Thanks again Jessica :) We would definitely recommend this sitter & will be using her service again.
